Healthcare Control PanelReport Card Status
This page calls rebuild_report_card.py, the single entry point for a Report Card rebuild. The orchestrator archives the current page before writing a new one, refuses to publish when the generator's scoring constants disagree with scoring_configuration, prevents overlapping rebuilds, verifies the result against the database, and logs every attempt.
The issues below are read from the orchestrator's registry rather than listed in this page, so adding an issue there makes it appear here automatically.
